1 Who we are
Melrose Marketing Ltd. — trading as Boxroom66 (“Boxroom66”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2 Scope & acceptance
By accessing boxroom66.com (the “Site”), booking a call, purchasing any service, or communicating with us electronically, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and every policy we reference. All agreements, notices and disclosures exchanged by e-mail or other electronic means satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be “in writing.”
3 Intellectual property
All content on the Site is © Boxroom66 unless credited otherwise. You may view and use it for your internal business purposes. Resale, redistribution, scraping or automated downloads are prohibited without written consent.
4 Pricing & taxes
All prices are exclusive of VAT, GST/HST or other local sales taxes.
Tax is added at checkout or invoicing as follows:

Non-EU businesses (Outside EU, UK, Canada, etc.) | Transactions are treated as a zero-rated export of services (0 % VAT) and no tax is added. |
5 Payment processors
Lemon Squeezy — Merchant-of-Record for any transaction where local VAT, GST/HST or similar sales tax must be collected and remitted. Card statements show “LEMON Boxroom66.”*
Stripe — Direct processor for all other B2B transactions. Card statements show “BOXROOM66” or “Melrose Marketing Ltd.”
6 Right to refuse service
Boxroom66 may decline or discontinue any engagement at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases involving prior no-shows, charge-backs or payment disputes, abusive or threatening behaviour, or lack of strategic fit. Such refusal will never be based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability).
7 External links & resources
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for their content, products or services. Accessing any third-party resource is at your own risk, and Boxroom66 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.
8 Unsolicited ideas
We do not accept or review unsolicited creative ideas, pitches or materials. Any unsolicited submission you send becomes non-confidential and royalty-free; we may use or redistribute it without obligation or compensation.
9 Visibility Report Service

9.2 Fees & milestones

Total price: USD 750 + tax (§ 4). Payment 100 % up-front via Stripe (B2B) or Lemon Squeezy (B2C).
9.3 Refund & withdrawal
Non-EU/UK buyers — full refund until 24 h before the Discovery Call; none thereafter.
EU/EEA/UK buyers — statutory right to withdraw until the service is fully performed (Directive 2011/83/EU Art 14 § 3 / UK CCR 2013 Reg 36). By booking you expressly request us to begin inside the 14-day period and acknowledge that once the service and digital materials are supplied you waive that right (Art 16 a&m). Completed milestones are non-refundable in the amounts above.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method; Boxroom66 absorbs processor fees.
9.4 Rescheduling & no-shows

9.5 Licence & liability
Upon full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the Visibility Report internally. Advice is guidance; results are not guaranteed. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service.
10 Standalone Consultation Sessions
10.1 Fees & payment
Fee: USD 200 per 60-minute session (+ tax).
Paid 100 % up-front (Stripe for B2B, Lemon Squeezy for taxed regions).
Fee is fully earned once the 60 minutes elapse, even if you leave early.
10.2 Rescheduling & no-shows

10.3 Refund window & cooling-off
Cancel up to 24 h before start → full refund.
Inside 24 h → fee non-refundable.
EU/EEA/UK consumers: if you withdraw before the call you pay for any prep work; after the call the full fee remains payable (Art 14 § 3).
All other provisions of these Terms apply equally to Consultations.
11 Acceptable use
No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity; no attempts to breach security or disrupt the Site.
12 Force majeure
Boxroom66 is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental actions.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Boxroom66 harmless from any claim, damage or cost (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
14 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any agreement with Boxroom66 without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
15 Privacy
The Site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Fathom) with no cookies. Personal data is processed only when you provide it (e.g., contact forms). See our Privacy Policy for details.
16 Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
17 Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version is always available at this URL and applies from the effective date above.
